Risk Disclosure

The risks of using an AI Agent trading platform, stated plainly. Please read this before deploying any agent or committing any funds.

Last updated: September 2026

Your capital is at risk

Trading profits are not guaranteed. AI-generated analysis and signals can be incorrect. You may earn less than you expected, and you may lose some or all of the money you commit. Only commit funds you can genuinely afford to lose. If you cannot afford to lose it, do not deposit it.

This disclosure sets out the main risks of deploying AI agents on the WickPip platform. It is not exhaustive — other risks may exist. Nothing on this Platform is investment, financial, tax or legal advice.

1. AI-generated outputs can be wrong

WickPip uses autonomous AI agents to analyze markets, detect trading signals, and execute trades automatically. AI-generated analysis and signals are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely. An agent may misinterpret market conditions, act on incomplete data, or generate outputs that lead to losses. Any projection, estimate, or figure displayed on the Platform is illustrative only and not a promise, guarantee, or contractual commitment of future returns.

Past or displayed performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. A strategy that performed well historically may perform poorly under different market conditions.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing produced by the Platform's AI agents — including market analysis, trading signals, position recommendations, or performance displays — constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. AI-generated outputs are automated analytical outputs, not personal recommendations tailored to your circumstances. WickPip does not assess whether any strategy or instrument is suitable or appropriate for you. If you are unsure, seek advice from an independent, qualified professional before committing funds.

3. Automation and execution risk

4. Market and cryptocurrency risk

5. Third-party integration risk

6. Service availability and data/security risk

7. No protection scheme, no insurance

You are not covered by a deposit guarantee

Funds held on WickPip are not bank deposits. They are not protected by any deposit-guarantee scheme, investor-compensation scheme, or insurance. If the Platform fails, no public body will reimburse you.

8. Regulatory and tax risk

9. Account and user responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials, your email account, and your withdrawal wallet address. Accounts may be suspended or restricted where we suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of our terms — see our Terms & Conditions and AML & KYC Policy.

10. Business failure

Like any company, WickPip could cease operating. If it does, you may not recover your balance or the value of your active agent deployments.

In short

Deploying an AI agent is a high-risk commitment. AI-generated analysis can be wrong, automated trades can lose money, crypto transfers are irreversible, the Platform may experience downtime, and there is no safety net if things go wrong. Never commit money you need, or money you cannot afford to lose.
