Terms & Conditions

Please read this agreement carefully. By creating an account, depositing funds, or deploying any AI agent on WickPip, you confirm that you accept and are legally bound by all of the terms set out below.

1. The Service

WickPip is an AI Agent technology platform. When you deploy an agent, the Platform allocates autonomous AI analysis and trading capacity on your behalf, which generates daily trading profits on business days (Monday–Friday) according to the published schedule. WickPip operates and maintains all software, AI models, and infrastructure.

Our AI agents analyze markets across crypto, forex, metals, and stocks, detect trading signals, manage risk with stop-loss and take-profit levels, and execute trades automatically — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency and automated trading services. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You may not create more than one account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposits are made in USDT on supported networks (BSC and Polygon) to the personal deposit address generated for your account. Deposits are credited to your balance once confirmed on-chain. The minimum deposit is $200.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to a minimum of $20. Withdrawals are reviewed for security and compliance, then sent on-chain to the wallet address you provide. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your request is received and again when it is approved.

• You must withdraw to a wallet you control. WickPip is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect or fraudulent address.
• Withdrawals may include a tax/VAT line shown to you before you confirm — no hidden surprises.
• WickPip reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where KYC verification is pending or where suspicious activity is detected.

4. AI Agents & Trading

When you deploy an AI agent, you select a strategy and instrument focus. The agent then operates autonomously — analyzing markets, detecting signals, managing risk, and executing trades on your behalf.

• Estimated daily profits are displayed for each strategy before deployment. Profits depend on real market conditions and are not guaranteed to remain fixed indefinitely. Figures shown across the Platform are estimates, not promises of future returns.
• Token system: Every dollar in your balance converts to 100 tokens at a fixed rate. Tokens fuel your AI agents — each trade, analysis, and automated action consumes tokens.
• Risk management: Each agent operates with stop-loss and take-profit levels. However, automated trading carries inherent risk and you should only commit funds that you can afford to keep at risk.
• Daily profits: Trading profits are credited every business day (Monday–Friday) and added straight to your balance — nothing to claim manually.

5. KYC & Bonuses

Identity verification (KYC) may be required to unlock certain features and bonuses. The $10 USDT welcome bonus is credited once per verified account. WickPip may refuse or revoke bonuses in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

• KYC is required for withdrawals and for unlocking your $10 welcome bonus.
• Deploying an AI agent does not require KYC — you can start trading right after depositing.
• Your documents are stored privately and are only ever visible to our compliance team.

6. Partner Program

WickPip operates a partner referral program. When you share your invite link and someone joins and deploys an agent, you earn a commission on their activity, credited straight to your balance.

• Partner commissions are calculated based on the activity of users you refer.
• As your total referred activity grows, you climb partner tiers with increasing commission rates.
• WickPip reserves the right to adjust commission rates and tier thresholds with reasonable notice.
• Partner rewards are void if a referred account is found to be fraudulent or self-referred.

7. Leaderboard & Contests

WickPip runs leaderboard contests ranking users by trading profit, partner referrals, and portfolio growth. Contest cycles run on a recurring basis and winners are determined by the rules published on the leaderboard page.

• Leaderboard rankings are based on real platform activity and are not transferable.
• WickPip reserves the right to exclude accounts suspected of manipulation or abuse from leaderboard contests.
• Contest prizes, if any, are credited to winners' balances and may be subject to KYC verification.

8. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency assets and automated trading carry inherent risk. Market conditions can change rapidly, and past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only commit funds that you can afford to keep at risk. WickPip is not liable for losses arising from market conditions, third-party networks, or your own use of the Platform.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or any unlawful activity. Accounts found in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated, and associated balances may be withheld pending review.

• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the Platform's AI models or source code.
• You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse the partner program or leaderboard system.
• You may not use the Platform to facilitate transactions for third parties or as a payment intermediary.
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Fees & Commissions

WickPip keeps a clear commission on trading activity to run the infrastructure. Withdrawals include a tax/VAT line shown to you before you confirm. There are no hidden fees — all charges are disclosed before you act.

• Token consumption rates for agent operations are published in your dashboard.
• Commission rates may be adjusted with reasonable notice. Existing active deployments are honored at the rate in effect at the time of deployment.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, branding, designs, and content on the Platform are the intellectual property of WickPip LTD. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WickPip LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your account in the preceding 30 days.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

WickPip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, that is suspected of fraud or abuse, or that is subject to legal or regulatory action. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you less any applicable fees, subject to KYC verification.

14. Changes to These Terms

WickPip may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
